Ayvalık / Sahilkent’te konumlanan 14 villalık bir proje olan Naturel park 1’in yüzde 85’i yeşil alana (zeytinlik) ayrıldı. Denize 150 metre mesafede projeye tahsis edilmiş sahil bulunmaktadır. Daire içlerinde maksimum ferahlık hissi için kat yüksekliği brüt 3 metre olarak planlandı. Projenin çevre ile bütünleşen tasarımı ve göz kamaştıran doğal taş kaplı dış cephesiyle yörenin mimarisine uyumu dikkat çekmektedir.
